Registered Nurse - Urgent Care (part-time)

MediCross Urgent Care & GP Clinic is looking for Registered Nurses to work in Urgent Care part-time.

Key to this role is the ability to be highly motivated to deliver a first class nursing service, ensuring the smooth running of clinic operations. This is a fast paced, busy role. The ability to multi-task is crucial, as is the ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality. We are offering a minimum of 32 hours per week.

What will you need?

A commitment to patient-oriented planning and provision of services
A strong understanding of and commitment to clinical professional development
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong relationship management capabilities at all levels
To be flexible, calm, forward thinking, process orientated, mature and sensible
A high level of cultural sensitivity with experience in relating to people from different cultural / ethnic backgrounds
Strong computer skills
A current annual practicing certificate
A great sense of humour
Eligibility to live and work in New Zealand
Further training will be provided.

MediCross Urgent Care & GP Clinic is open to cater to the needs of patients with various employment and lifestyle needs, seven days a week, from 8am to 8pm.

The applicant should be flexible, able to work at short notice, including weekends, public holidays and be available for school holidays. Knowledge of MedTech Evolution would be an advantage, though training will be given.
