Join Us as a Product Manager
We are seeking an ambitious product manager to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our product portfolio while working in an exciting, rapidly evolving organization. It's important to note that this is primarily a non-technical Product Manager position.
As the Product Manager, you will oversee the optimisation of our existing product portfolio, support leadership to make informed decisions on our expansion strategy, and collaborate closely with teams across the business to improve how we represent and position our products. You’ll also be responsible for a refresh of how we communicate our product value, collaborating with content, copywriting, and creative teams to ensure our awesome products are well represented.
Key Responsibilities:
Optimise and refine our product portfolio through competitive analysis and strategic pricing
Inform company expansion strategies into new travel types
Collaborate across the business to improve how we communicate about our products
Work directly with the CEO in a fast-growing, rapidly changing organisation, improving operational maturity
Travel internationally multiple times per year
What We’re Looking For:
Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
1-2 years of experience in Product Management or Junior Product Management
Strong skills in writing and distilling key messaging
A methodical self-starter willing to take on the challenge of developing and implementing systems and processes from scratch
Adaptability and willingness to take on tasks outside the traditional product management scope to support departmental growth and maturity
Ability to collaborate effectively cross-culturally and work with global teams, comfortable with occasionally working flexible hours to collaborate with global team members in other time zones
Willing to travel internationally multiple times per year
Experience in travel, tourism, or similar will be a strong advantage
Comfort working in a fast-paced, growing, and changing company
