Tui Ora is a kaupapa Māori organisation, providing a range of wellbeing services to whānau in Taranaki. We employ passionate, professional people to fit with our whānau team culture. Mō te tūranga (About the role):

As a Kaiārahi Community Connector you will make connections and provide support to whānau so they can access information about housing, employment, education, wellbeing, and services in the community at a time that matters most. You will be an integral part of our Whānau Ora Kaiārahi team working collaboratively to provide better outcome for Whānau. Engagement, relationship management and administration are key activities of the Kaiārahi Community Connector.

Kia ekena a angitū (To promote success in this role, you will have):

Experience with Office 365 Suite
Highly effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
A desire to grow your understanding of Te Ao Māori and te reo Māori
Strength in administration, and organisational skills
Ability to multi-task and respond to changing priorities
Passion about Māori health, wellbeing and thriving whānau
Full, clean NZ Driver Licence.
Tikanga haumaru (Safety checking):
