We are looking for part time manager to work at our busy licensed restaurant. You will be on a fortnightly roster, working lunch, dinner, weekend and school holidays. Do you have the following attributes?
Customer focussed top quality service
Team leading skills and team player skills
Able to work under pressure
Great work ethic & honest
Japanese food/drink knowledge a plus
Sushi Ninja menu knowledge a plus
Reliable and taking huge responsibility in your role as a manager Required experience:
Minimum one year experience as a manager in a busy licensed environment with references
A current LCQ or a Manager's Certificate
Minimum of 1 year Front of house experience
Able to train and support staff, & able to fill in when they can't. So able to organise roster changes.
Stock ordering and control.
Able to communicate well with customers, and the front of house and kitchen team to be able to provide the best service and product.
