Join New Energy’s project delivery team as a Programme Coordinator, supporting the coordination, tracking, and reporting of large-scale renewable energy construction projects.
You’ll be the key link between site operations, project managers, and leadership — ensuring our schedules, systems, and reporting tools stay accurate, aligned, and up to date across all projects.

Key responsibilities include:

Maintain and update integrated project schedules and reporting tools.
Coordinate data collection, validation, and reporting from multiple project sites.
Manage programme dashboards and document control systems (e.g. SharePoint, OneDrive).
Support communication between project teams, directors, and support departments.
Contribute to continuous improvement of project tracking and performance systems.


3–5 years’ experience in a construction or renewable energy coordination role.
Strong systems experience across:
Project planning tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Primavera, or advanced Excel).
Document management platforms (SharePoint, OneDrive, ProCore).
High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and data accuracy focus.
Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Full NZ Class 1 Driver’s Licence.
