Founded in 1968, MODEC has been providing competitive floating solutions for the offshore oil and gas industry and is recognised as a leading specialist for Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) vessels, Floating Storage and Offloading (FSO) vessels, Floating LNGs (FLNGs), Tension Leg Platforms (TLPs), and Production Semi-submersibles. MODEC has some 4,000 employees with citizenship from more than 25 countries. Our regional office in New Plymouth supports the Maari Field operation, and we are currently requesting expressions of interest for a HR Administrator Part Time.

Expressions of Interest HR Administrator (Part Time) Flexible Working Available

Key responsibilities include:

Managing crew logistics, including travel, roster changes.

Arranging casual resources as requested

Maintaining the offshore roster for payroll processing

Providing effective and efficient HR Administrative support, including recruiting and onboarding.

Administering training bookings to maintain crew compliance

Maintaining various HR and training databases and reports



Key skills and experience required:

Minimum 3 years HR Administration experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

An understanding of employment and payroll practices with attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Competent user of Microsoft MS Office.

Proven ability to manage large volumes of data, adhering to strict deadlines.



Desirable

Certificate / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar.

Previous experience in the Oil & Gas sector is preferable.
